Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and solving HVAC issues for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise and leadership will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls in a timely fashion. Professional and courteous! Change out HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. Ensure all installations meet local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve installation and overall issues in a timely manner. Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, materials used, and time spent on each project. Collaborate with the service department and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in HVAC Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerant lines, and electrical components. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid HVAC certification and/or license or experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 21 to drive and have an acceptable driving record. Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments. OSHA certifications or equivalent safety training preferred. Critical thinker. Rotating on call evenings and weekends.
