  • 5:00pm | Sign-On Bonus Available We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who have a desire to grow their skillset.
This role focuses on service, maintenance, and customer-facing diagnostics and working independently on a consistent residential route.

Hours :
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no on-call requirement What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead jobs and crews EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and install quaity Ability to manage time, materials, and job flow effectively Vitt HeatingCooling is a multi-generational, family-owned and operated business focused on long-term employees and steady residential service work.
