We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right, communicating clearly with customers, and representing the company professionally. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable HVAC professional who can handle installation work, service calls, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. The right person will be able to troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform clean installs, communicate findings clearly, and work well with the rest of the team. This is not a job for someone who cuts corners, disappears during the day, or needs constant babysitting. We need someone who wants to grow with a company that values quality work and customer trust. Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, coils, thermostats, and related HVAC components Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and repair options Complete paperwork, invoices, job notes, and photos accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Follow all safety procedures and company standards Represent HVAC Master Heating & Air Conditioning LLC professionally on every job Qualifications HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred EPA Certification preferred or required depending on position Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle physical job requirements Must be dependable, professional, and take pride in workmanship Preferred Experience Residential HVAC installation Service diagnostics and repairs Furnace and air conditioning repair Heat pump systems Refrigerant charging and leak diagnosis Electrical troubleshooting Ductwork, airflow, and thermostat wiring Commercial package units experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time work Opportunity to grow with an established local company Supportive team environment Variety of service, install, and maintenance work A company reputation built on honesty, service, and doing right by the customer Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a skilled HVAC technician or installer who wants to do quality work, treat customers right, and be part of a company that is serious about building long-term trust.
