$20-$38/hour (Based on Experience) Menke Heating and Cooling, a well-established and locally owned HVAC company, is looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. We handle both residential and commercial projects and pride ourselves on delivering quality service and craftsmanship. What You'll Do Install HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Work independently or with a small team to complete projects on time. Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience. Knowledge of a wide range of HVAC equipment and installation standards. Ability to take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
