Job Description

Job Summary Mack's Heating and Air, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC services and are committed to delivering high-quality work with top-tier customer service. As an HVAC Technician/Installer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of service and recommendations Complete jobs efficiently and accurately with attention to safety and code compliance Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles Document all work performed and materials used
Requirements:
4+ years of HVAC installation or service experience (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills
