Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Educate homeowners regarding repair and replacement options. Recommend maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate. Maintain accurate job documentation and invoices. Help establish technical standards and best practices. Mentor future technicians as the company grows. Participate in building the culture and future direction of the business. On-Call Expectations On-call responsibilities rotate among technicians. After-hours calls are screened by our answering service to determine true emergencies. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service while respecting employees' personal and family time. What We're Looking For Residential HVAC experience required. Leadership mindset preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to educate customers regarding repair and replacement options. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
