We are in search of a HVAC Maintenance Technician whom can deliver a customer focused approach to repairing issues for our guests. ## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. ## Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot all commercial and residential HVAC breakdowns/failures and initiate repairs.
• Maintain proper record keeping on HVAC equipment and supplies
• Perform electrical work and work with other maintenance personnel to resolve tasks and perform general maintenance as assigned.
• Utilize Company Software to track maintenance activities and update records
• Use appropriate safety equipment and industry instruments, such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical systems
• Apply mechanical knowledge to repair machinery and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas ## Qualifications

Mandatory:

Prior experience in HVAC repairs and maintenance.

Preferred:

HVAC or electrical technology associates degree.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Must possess valid MS Driver's License
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Competency in using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
• Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing equipment
