The Role:

HVAC Installer We are seeking detail-oriented HVAC Installers who are passionate about clean aesthetics and functional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (Furnaces, AC, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits). Fabricate or modify transitions and ductwork as needed for a perfect fit. Low-voltage wiring and thermostat installation/setup. Ensure all installs meet or exceed local mechanical codes and Campbell's internal standards. Maintain a clean job site and provide a professional walkthrough for the homeowner upon completion.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (Lead roles available for those with 5+ years).

Technical Skill:

Solid understanding of refrigerant lines, gas piping, and venting requirements. The "Campbells Way": You have a high attention to detail—zip-tying wires, leveling pads, and ensuring every joint is sealed.

Certifications:

EPA Universal certification is strongly preferred; NATE certification is a plus.

Reliability:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for our Belgrade-based fleet.
