With shops in Billings, Cody, Worland, and Jackson — we're growing fast and looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our Billings team. If you're a self-motivated tech who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that invests in your career, we want to talk. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini splits Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Communicate findings clearly with customers and provide honest repair or replacement recommendations Document all work accurately using ServiceTitan (tablet provided) Represent Big Horn professionally on every job site What We Provide Take-home service truck Full tool set Uniform Tablet with ServiceTitan Journeyman licensing — we pay for it Ongoing training and certifications paid by the company Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC service experience EPA Section 608 Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional communication with customers Compensation & Benefits $25
