We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional comfort and reliability to our customers. Job Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation and start-up of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial applications. This role includes new system installations, equipment replacements, ductwork fabrication, and ensuring every project meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation systems Replace existing systems with new equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and related components Perform start-up and testing to ensure proper system operation Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on site Work with team members to ensure efficient and timely job completion Communicate effectively with customers and ensure satisfaction with completed work Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area and vehicle Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial) EPA 608 Certification (Required) NATE Certification (Preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay (hourly or salary depending on experience) Company vehicle and fuel card Paid holidays and vacation Health, insurance
