Job Description

What You'll Do Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Set outdoor condensers, air handlers, gas lines & refrigeration line sets Fabricate ductwork and seal systems to meet performance standards Ensure all installs meet local code requirements Perform sheet metal work, pipefitting, soldering & insulation Lead or support small install crews (up to 2 team members) Deliver clean, professional installs that create a 5-Star customer experience What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of HVAC install experience or equivalent technical training Valid Driver's License Strong mechanical aptitude Basic computer/tablet skills Ability to work independently when needed Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Willingness to work in attics, crawlspaces & tight spaces Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship Schedule Full-Time Standard 5-Day Work Week Residential & Light Commercial Projects Benefits Major Medical Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities If you're ready to take ownership of your craft, serve customers with integrity, and be part of a team that values leadership on and off the job — we want to hear from you.
