Bolton Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Mechanic to join our construction team. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and delivering projects the right way the first time. Working on commercial and industrial projects throughout Western North Carolina, you'll install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while enjoying a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Responsibilities:
Study building plans and blueprints to determine installation requirements and project sequencing Assemble, install, service, and repair commercial HVAC, heating, refrigeration, and cooling systems Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs Install chilled water, hot water, and condensate piping systems Install HVAC controls, thermostats, sensors, and related equipment Start up newly installed systems and provide customer training as needed Document installed equipment and maintain accurate records Travel to job sites and maintain a safe, professional work environment Qualifications:
3-5 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and complete work efficiently and accurately Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment Comfortable working from ladders, at heights, and in confined spaces Ability to work in various construction and weather conditions Benefits:
