We're hiring a dependable HVAC Helper / Filter Service Technician to service commercial and institutional facilities throughout the Asheville area. This is a hands-on position that involves replacing HVAC air filters, driving a company vehicle, and working independently at customer locations. No HVAC certification is required, and prior HVAC experience is not necessary. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work. What You'll Do Replace HVAC air filters at commercial facilities Drive a company vehicle to customer locations Safely use ladders, aerial lifts, and hand tools Complete service documentation and work orders Follow company and customer safety procedures Represent United Air Filter professionally at customer sites Work Environment You'll work at a variety of commercial and institutional facilities throughout the Asheville area, including schools, office buildings, hospitality properties, and other commercial locations. Most work is performed independently after training. You'll develop familiarity with your assigned service route and become a trusted part of our customers' preventative maintenance programs.
