Job Description

Hvac Installer Introduction Join our team as an HVAC Installer Helper and embark on a rewarding journey in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. In this role, you will support experienced technicians in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.   • Assist lead HVAC installer with installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Prepare and clean work areas for installation tasks.
  • Measure and cut sheet metal or ductwork to precise specifications.
  • Support in assembling and installing ductwork and piping systems.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.
  • Help with removal and disposal of old HVAC units and debris.
  • Document work performed and report any issues to the lead installer.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools, up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Willingness to learn and attend training sessions as required
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts as needed
  • Reliable transportation to job sites Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
