ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC TECH (WITH BONUS STRUCTURE)

Job Summary Want to get into HVAC and start earning fast? We're hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Technician at The Comfort Guru — no experience required. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we'll train you and give you a clear path to grow into a full technician. This role focuses on tune-ups, basic repairs, and helping customers keep their systems running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Perform HVAC tune-ups and maintenance (we train you) Handle simple repairs like capacitors and basic troubleshooting Identify issues and recommend solutions to customers Support senior technicians on installs when needed Complete 3-5 service calls per day What You'll Learn (We Train You): How to perform professional HVAC tune-ups and system inspections Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics (capacitors, contactors, airflow issues) How to safely work with electrical and mechanical HVAC components How to identify repair opportunities and communicate with customers

Compensation:

$16

• 20/hour base pay

Performance Bonus:

~$10 per completed tune-up Typical target: 4 jobs/day High performers can increase earnings through productivity and upsells Clear path to become a full HVAC technician within months
