What You'll Be Doing As an HVAC Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced installers and gain hands-on experience while helping create comfortable homes and businesses throughout our community.

Your day may include:

Assisting with residential and light commercial HVAC installations Helping install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment Preparing jobsites, staging materials, and supporting lead installers Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and supplies Learning installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional Delivering great customer experiences through a positive attitude and strong work ethic Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience—we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn. Interest in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn Strong work ethic and team-player attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required What's In It For You?
