What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but you can expect to: Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish Install and replace heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork modifications Set the standard for quality, safety, and efficiency on every job Mentor and support install helpers while helping them grow their skills Ensure systems are operating at peak performance with proper airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant charge, and startup procedures Perform final inspections and customer walkthroughs with confidence Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Communicate clearly with customers and teammates throughout the installation process Complete job documentation accurately and on time What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Experience leading installation projects and training team members EPA Certification (required) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship Customer-focused mindset and pride in delivering exceptional service What's In It For You?
