MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED
•We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician who can also assist with general maintenance at our multi-family apartment community. This role involves a variety of tasks including HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, and overall property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be versatile, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning issues in occupied and vacant units. Assist with plumbing work , including fixing leaks, repairing fixtures, unclogging drains, and maintaining water heaters. Handle electrical tasks , such as replacing outlets/switches, lighting repairs, and diagnosing minor electrical issues. Complete general maintenance requests, including carpentry, appliance repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all repairs meet safety and code standards. Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and communicate effectively with the property management team.
Requirements:
MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED
Experience in apartment or residential maintenance strongly preferred. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Reliable, professional, and able to meet the physical demands of the job. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid driver's license preferred.
