EPA Certification Full Job Description HVAC Lead Installer:
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC equipment and installation practices, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and indoor air quality products. Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards. Perform equipment startup, testing, and system commissioning. Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions in the field. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation progress and system operation. Complete required job documentation, photos, and paperwork accurately. Assist with material management, inventory control, and vehicle organization. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
