Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC and mechanical equipment across various property types. Your expertise will help create comfortable, safe, and efficient environments for our clients and their occupants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting where proactive maintenance and problem-solving are valued. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical or mechanical faults accurately. Conduct equipment repairs involving component replacements to ensure systems operate efficiently. Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate precise maintenance and installation work. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs to track system performance and repair history. Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all transportation regulations including driver requirements when transporting tools or equipment. Requirements Basic Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance of systems Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems effectively. Familiarity with HVAC design principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Experience working in field service environments with a focus on timely problem resolution. Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification preferred. .
