Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician supporting commercial and industrial facilities in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on complex HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC controls, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will ensure systems operate efficiently and safely, leveraging your skills in troubleshooting, monitoring BMS, refrigerant handling, and system analysis. You will maintain detailed records, assist with major repairs, and ensure adherence to all safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, with a focus on quality service and safety in a fast-paced environment.
Top Requirements:
