  • Full-time Job Summary Join our growing team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer.
In this role, you will play a key part in installing HVAC systems that keep homes and businesses comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your mechanical talent, construction experience, and field service skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will work closely with team members and customers to ensure high-quality installations and reliable system performance. From residential homes to light commercial projects, your attention to detail and technical expertise will help deliver dependable climate control solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

Installer Responsibilities and Qualifications Install heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience Demonstrates a strong positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Proven installation experience with the ability to complete jobs independently or with a helper Proficient in HVAC system design and installation, including ductwork fabrication and layout Solid understanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps, including troubleshooting and installation for residential and light commercial applications Strong safety knowledge, including proper use of tools, testing equipment, and awareness of jobsite conditions Working knowledge of HVAC low-voltage systems and controls is a plus Thorough understanding and application of applicable residential HVAC codes is recommended A valid drivers licence is required
