Job Description

Residential HVAC Service Technician Scott Brothers Heating and Air | Fleetwood, NC We are one of the fastest growing HVAC retailers in the High-Country area! We are a Residential and Commercial HVAC heating and cooling company. Our great reputation is built on over 30 + years of experience with highly satisfied customers and an excellent reputation.
Pay Range:
$24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:
Service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment Troubleshooting, repairing and installing new parts Makes recommendations on repairs, and educate customers on indoor air quality products Communicate benefits of preventative maintenance Excellent customer service

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on service experience of residential HVAC systems Experience performing routine preventative maintenance and system inspections Universal EPA Certification Strong communication and customer care abilities with a focus on client satisfaction Hold a NATE Core Certification and obtain applicable specialty certifications within the first year of employment Must have the necessary hand tools and equipment to perform assigned duties High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history Graduation from an accredited HVAC trade or technical training program preferred
