Job Responsibilities:
Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ensure all installations are completed to code and company standards Coordinate with customers, team members, and project managers on job progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete installation documentation accurately and timely
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Own set of HVAC installation tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
