What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $58,000-$88,000 annually based on experience + sales and commission bonuses Summer and winter bonuses + performance-based bonuses 5% company match 401(k) Up to 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Annual tool allowance Company branded uniforms, shirts & pants, jackets, and hats Company vehicle
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Provide high level customer service and clear communication Ensure quality work and safety on all job sites Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience EPA certification Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Personal HVAC service tools Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
