We're looking for a dependable HVAC Service Technician / Installer who takes pride in their work, treats customers right, and shows up ready to work. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform HVAC installations (change-outs and system add-ons) Complete maintenance and system inspections Communicate clearly with customers and office staff Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite What We're Looking For HVAC experience (service, install, or both) Good driving record (required) EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset Pay & What We Offer $23/hour starting , based on experience Overtime available Steady work year-round Opportunity for growth as the company expands Supportive, no-drama work environment Why Work With Quality Pro Services?
