In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems with precision and professionalism. Your mechanical knowledge and field service experience will ensure our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency in their properties. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components according to schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC/R equipment, refrigeration systems, and appliances to ensure peak performance Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately assemble and install complex systems Perform equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other specialized instruments to diagnose issues effectively Execute field service tasks including system start-up, calibration, testing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and general mechanical infrastructure Operate a vehicle safely for transportation of equipment and materials between job sites Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC installation and service technician roles Demonstrated ability to read schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals with ease Mechanical knowledge spanning refrigeration, plumbing, appliance repair, boiler systems, welding, and general equipment repair Field service experience working on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and property maintenance projects Familiarity with using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues Experience working with various mechanical components including Split Systems, Package Systems, Gas Piping, ductwork, and electrical wiring Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions by applying your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment that values safety, quality craftsmanship, and continuous improvement!
