This role focuses on the service, preventative maintenance, and repair of large-scale commercial mechanical systems.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$30.00 - $40.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Company take-home vehicle provided
On-Call Schedule:
Highly favorable rotation — only once every 9 weeks

Gear:
Company-provided cell phone and laptop Key Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including DX equipment (up to 100 tons), water-cooled packages (up to 150 tons), water source heat pumps, and VAV/air handling equipment. Troubleshoot gas-fired and electric heating systems, as well as pneumatic, electronic, and modular DDC control systems. Service specialized computer room units, including self-contained humidifiers and controls. Perform site start-up services for newly installed equipment and execute scheduled preventative maintenance (including coil cleaning, belt replacements, and wiring). Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding job status, daily check-ins, and next-day assignments.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of dedicated commercial HVAC experience.
Certification:
Must hold a valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Technical Bonuses:
Experience with boilers, chillers, and VRF systems is highly preferred and considered a major plus.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Graduate.
General:
Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and adherence to safety regulations. Must maintain a clean/organized take-home vehicle and company tools.
