Must have HVAC experience and certifications .
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations. Ability to fix drywall, conduct unit turns, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible. Must take a proactive approach and have a strong work ethic. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to take direction and also proactively assist with other duties as needed. Must be able to motivate both others and self while maintaining a positive work environment. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.' '
