You will guide a team of installers, leveraging your expertise in HVAC systems to deliver high-quality results while fostering a culture of excellence and safety. Responsibilities Execute precise installations and replacements of residential HVAC systems to maximize system performance and longevity. Manage high and low voltage wiring, along with copper and PVC piping, to ensure robust and code-compliant connections. Mentor and develop junior installation assistants, providing hands-on training to elevate team technical proficiency. Deliver a superior customer experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain a highly organized vehicle and inventory, ensuring all tools and parts are ready for seamless daily operations. Uphold rigorous safety standards while navigating challenging environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and extreme weather conditions. Ensure all installations meet or exceed current appliance standards and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Skills 1+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation. Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling and environmental compliance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50+ pounds and navigating tight spaces. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex installation challenges on-site. Preferred Skills Demonstrated leadership experience in a field service or construction environment. Advanced knowledge of residential HVAC system design and airflow principles. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and conflict resolution.
