One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Kill Devil Hills. You will work alongside experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians while gaining valuable field experience and technical training. Responsibilities Assist lead technicians with installing residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork. Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment before installations. Support troubleshooting and basic repair work as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with team members and customers during installations. Requirements Mechanical aptitude or basic HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable attendance and willingness to learn from experienced technicians. Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards. Why Join Our Team? Compensation:
