Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems with minimal or no supervision. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely and organized manner. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations. Lift heavy equipment (50-100 lbs. regularly) and work in various physical environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas. Build trust and strong relationships with both customers and team members. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including company vehicles and customer properties. Address client concerns and offer solutions to their HVAC needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks. EPA Certification required. Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record. We evaluate applicants based on their education, experience, and skills.
