Key Responsibilities and Duties Installation & Maintenance:
Installing new heating and cooling systems and performing routine maintenance (e.g., cleaning ducts, changing filters).
Diagnostics & Repair:
Troubleshooting malfunctions and repairing or replacing defective parts, such as motors, compressors, and thermostats .
System Testing:
Testing electrical circuits, components, and joints for proper functioning and safety.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhering to safety protocols, EPA regulations for refrigerant handling, and local codes.
Customer Service:
Discussing system issues with clients, recommending improvements, and documenting work performed.
