Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-- MAINTAIN

AND REPAIR ON ALL PLANT HVAC EQUIPMENT TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO AIR HANDLERS, AIR CONDITIONERS, ELECTRIC AND GAS HEATING UNITS, MISTY COLLECTORS, EXHAUST FANS & ROOF TOP UNITS . REGULAR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON PLANT CHILLERS AND WATER HEATERS

Qualifications:

-- Certification preferred. Ability to work in conditions where frequent walking, climbing, stooping, bending, lifting and carrying are required.

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
