We are family owned and owner operated and prioritize our employees to make sure they are happy in all ways working WITH us. Pay is strictly based on experience while also being able to benefit from weekly and yearly bonuses, weekly commissions, overtime opportunities, and tips! We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our owner-operated and family owned business. The ideal candidate will have year(s) experience and be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties:
  • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
  • Test system performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Skills:
  • Proficiency in HVAC repair and equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Ability to use tools such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, torches, and welding equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
  • Understanding of plumbing principles related to HVAC systems
  • Experience as a service technician or mechanic is a plus Pay ranges from $30/hour+ with weekly and yearly bonuses and commissions for a well qualified person.
Drivers license is required.
