  • Full-time HVAC Installation Technician
  • Residential New Construction Odyssey Mechanical is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our residential new construction team.
This position plays a key role in the final stages of HVAC installation, ensuring homes are completed to our quality standards before turnover. While the majority of the work involves punch work and trim-out activities, the role also includes a variety of installation, quality control, and material management responsibilities. HVAC experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and background in construction or the skilled trades. Pay$18
  • 25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities Complete HVAC punch work on residential new construction projects Install and connect range hoods, microwave vents, and related equipment Perform HVAC trim-out work Assist with rough-in installations as needed Braze refrigerant lines Complete low-voltage and equipment wiring Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards Identify and correct installation deficiencies Manage and organize materials, equipment, and jobsite inventory Work closely with field supervisors and team members to maintain production schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications HVAC experience preferred but not required Construction or skilled trades experience strongly preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift and carry materials and work in various jobsite conditions Valid Driver's license with 3 years of driving experience.
