Provides start-up and checkout documentation to the installation team for use in commissioning and validation Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents' requirements. Commission controls installation and verifies that control sequences meet specifications. Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and as-built drawings Qualifications:
Field experience in the HVAC controls industry; preferably with troubleshooting, maintenance, and service Technical, hands-on experience with commissioning and programming of DDC controls. Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Electrical troubleshooting knowledge Experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BAS a plus Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills and team oriented Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations Proficiency with integration protocols (BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, etc) This job might be for you if: Controls troubleshooting and programming for BAS systems (Function Block + Script, Graphics) Creates intuitive graphical user interfaces for BAS systems. Follows established written standards and procedures for software development, communication and documentation. Communicates clearly and concisely project progress, roadblocks, and solutions. Provides training, as requested, either on customer site or at our training center Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Two-year (2) degree in a related technical field required or related work experience The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as needed.
