What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems Lead install jobs professionally and efficiently Communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain clean job sites and clean workmanship Train helpers and younger installers Follow install processes and quality standards Complete startup and testing procedures properly Work closely with management and dispatch What We're Looking For 3+ years HVAC install experience preferred Strong understanding of airflow and duct systems Ability to install split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, etc. Clean and professional appearance Valid driver's license Team-first mindset Someone who takes ownership and doesn't make excuses What Makes Us Different Strong leadership and real support High-performance culture New trucks and professional branding Organized systems and processes Opportunity to grow into leadership Performance-based incentives We care about quality over quantity We are building a team of people that want to win, grow, and be part of something bigger.
