Overview Want to be a part of a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunity for growth? Join our team as a Residential HVAC Installer. We are a family-owned and operated business with 50 employees and growing. Responsibilities Residential HVAC installation on changeout, new construction, and retrofit projects from start to finish. Plan and perform an installation to the requirements of local code with the expectation that each job passes final mechanical on the first time Communicate with customers while on site and provide them an outstanding install experience Ensure jobs are properly staged and complete and sign off on installation checklists Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools Categorize and organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency Qualifications Must have experience with residential changeouts, new construction installs, and system replacements Strong working knowledge of local and state mechanical codes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
