You'll perform service calls efficiently, explain repair options clearly, educate homeowners on system performance and energy efficiency, and maintain company quality and safety standards. What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated HVAC professionals with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills who enjoy solving problems and helping customers. Residential HVAC service experience is preferred, and EPA certification is required or must be obtainable quickly.
