They diagnose electrical and mechanical problems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service in commercial and residential environments.

Job Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults, replace defective parts, and perform emergency repairs.

Preventative Maintenance:

Clean coils, adjust system controls, refill refrigerants, and inspect systems to prevent future breakdowns.

System Installation:

Assemble and connect wiring, ductwork, and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.

Customer Service:

Explain system issues and recommended repairs to clients, and provide advice on energy efficiency or maintenance plans.

Requirements:

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge 1-3 years HVAC systems experience preferred, but not required Self-motivated and willing to train Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Must have an honest and dependable personality Strong mechanical aptitude Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team Ability to display professional company image Possession of valid driver's license with good record of driving Ability to pass a background check for criminality Ability to pass a drug test screening Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely Ability to perform physically demanding work Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
