Compensation Up to $40.00 per hour , based on experience. Top-performing technicians routinely earn six-figure incomes through hourly pay, spiffs, and performance bonuses. Represent Kayl HeatingAir by maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and customer care on every job. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed) Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and technical blueprints Advanced troubleshooting skills across a broad range of HVAC equipment EPA Universal Certification Willingness to invest in your own tools and continued education Comfortable working from ladders (up to 28' extension and 12' step) Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven reliability and leadership potential If you're looking for a company that truly invests in its technicians, offers strong earning potential, and supports your long-term career growth, Kayl HeatingAir may be the perfect fit.
