Tech Masters has been providing prompt, courteous, and reliable service to Nebraska customers for 30 years. If you have experience fixing and installing refrigeration equipment including reach in coolers/freezers, walk in coolers/freezers, ice machines, or HVAC equipment, we would love to have you join the team. Every day our technicians are working on unique equipment and making customers happy. You will have your own service vehicle and a supportive community of techs and office staff. This job is best for hard-working, inquisitive, and friendly problem-solvers who don't mind getting their hands dirty, literally and figuratively. What You Get $25 to $35 dollars per hour ($105 per hour while completing "on-call" jobs) $1,000 Signing Bonus Medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Bonuses A company service vehicle and mobile device Clothing stipend What You Will Do Drive to customer establishments as dispatched Diagnose, estimate repair cost and complete repair of commercial restaurant equipment. Professionally communicate with customers explaining the problem and options for repair Complete "paperwork" on a mobile device Hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday Periodically be "on-call" for service coverage outside of main work hours. What You Need 3+ years of experience fixing HVAC, and/or refrigeration equipment Valid driver's license Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Moderate lifting 50+ pounds Customer service skills
