Responsibilities Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety. Coordinate with managers, parts, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and manage inventory effectively. Complete all required project documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a positive image with customers and colleagues. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and technical skills. Qualifications Experience as an HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer in residential settings. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and workmanship. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers. Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development. Compensation $2,500
Hiring Bonus:
$500 after 30 days of employment and $2,000 after 90 days of employment. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
