  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with office staff and fellow technicians
  • Help deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Assist with installation as needed What We're Looking For
  • HVAC service experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture

Our mission is to provide excellent customer service, preventative maintenance, real solutions, and superior craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, a high mechanical aptitude, quality character and a good driving record.
