Full-Time Description:
We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the fabrication and installation of HVAC systems for modular homes and ADUs. This role includes both shop work and on-site installation.
Responsibilities:
  • Install HVAC systems in modular units (mini-splits, ducted systems)
  • Perform rough-in, final connections, and system startup
  • Read plans and mechanical drawings
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems
  • Ensure code compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Experience with mini-splits preferred
  • EPA Certification (preferred/required)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in shop and field environments
