Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and technical specifications. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and incident reports. Qualifications Proven experience in construction-related fields with a strong background as a service technician in HVAC . Knowledge of schematics and HVAC design principles. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair, boiler operation, and troubleshooting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
