Job Summary:

We are seeking mechanically inclined, professional, HVAC Service Technicians to serve our customers with at least 5 years of verifiable experience. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction is required. A successful candidate will participate in continuing education, pass a pre-employment physical and be able to work full-time.

Job Description/Duties:

Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or scheduled service on air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for commercial customers Provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to client Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and plumbing equipment Take after hours on-call duty as part of a company rotation Skills & Competencies High school diploma or equivalent OSHA 10 Valid driver's license with acceptable record HVAC Service Tech with Gas License EPA Certified Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) The ability to listen and follow directions Receptive to new ideas and questions Capability of working in all weather conditions & temperatures Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Efficient and organized

Physical Requirements:

Ability to drive to service locations Capability of lifting & carrying 50 pounds Prolonged periods of standing/walking Often squatting, reaching and working overhead Capacity to climb stairs Work at varying heights while on a ladder Must work in all indoor and outdoor climates

Supplemental Pay:

Pay for Performance bonus potential On-call and after hours Double Time offered 7 days a week
