We're growing our installation team and looking for someone who loves clean, code-compliant work and takes pride in teaching a helper while delivering an excellent customer experience. What you'll do Own residential installs: split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini-splits Fabricate and run copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines Diagnose and correct installation issues quickly and accurately Explain system operation and options to customers in clear, friendly terms Keep the site orderly; follow safety protocols and handbook policies Collaborate with teammates, welcome feedback, and support a learning culture Show up on time, prepared, and organized for jobs and meetings Where you'll work Full-time field role serving customers across NH, MA, and ME.
