What You'll Actually Be Doing Running service calls (diagnostics, repairs, customer communication) Building value with homeowners and offering real solutions Performing maintenance and tune-ups Supporting installs and helping commission systems properly Assisting install team when needed (early stage flexibility required) Handling on-call rotation (non-negotiable) This Is For You If You're strong in service and customer communication You can diagnose without guessing You take pride in clean, correct work You don't need constant supervision You want to grow with a company that's building something real This Is NOT For You If You avoid talking to customers You just want to run calls and go home You cut corners or rush jobs You're not willing to be on call You need constant direction Requirements HVAC service experience Clean driving record (take-home truck) Strong customer service skills Willing to assist installs when needed Boiler / water heater experience is a plus Why This Role Matters We're building this division the right way.
